MainStayEMS was built by people who've spent their careers in EMS and the fire service—paramedics, firefighters, and educators.
We didn't come to this from software. We came to it from the field and the classroom, where we ran programs on a patchwork of spreadsheets, paper binders, and disconnected tools that never talked to each other. We lived the late nights before a site visit, the lost run sheets, and the endless re-keying of the same data.
So we built the platform we wished we'd had: one connected system that handles education, clinicals, skills, compliance, and communication for EMT and Paramedic programs—designed around how those programs actually run, and around the accreditation standards they answer to.
And it keeps getting better because we listen—the EMS and classroom instructors who use MainStayEMS every day tell us what works, and their suggestions shape what we build next.
